Shipping Policy

We currently offer local pickup of your item(s) at Connect Central 1201 6th Ave W #100, Bradenton, FL 34205. You have 48 hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup at Connect Central during their normal business hours. Please check their current and holiday business hours and plan accordingly to pick up your item(s). You must bring a valid photo identification to pick up your item within 13 days of it being made available. If you do not pick up your item during Connect Central's regular/holiday business hours within the 13 day timeframe of it being made available, we will consider the item abandoned and it will no longer be available for you to pick up. No refund will be issued under these circumstances and the item will be forfeited. Refund Policy

We offer full refunds under the condition that an order is cancelled within 48 hours of it being placed. No refunds are offered for orders cancelled after 48 hours of them being placed.
