Refund Policy
At WicksNWax, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Eligibility
•You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
•To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process
1.Please contact our customer support team at patrick@wicksnwax.com to initiate the refund process.
2.You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number and receipt.
3.Our team will review your request and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.If your request is approved, you will need to return the product to us. We will provide you with instructions on how to do this.
Refund Timeline
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Non-Refundable Items
•Gift cards are non-refundable.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
•If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
•Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
